What You Will Do

• Identify, cultivate, and manage strategic partnerships with key stakeholders in the project development, conservation, ESG, compliance, and sustainability sectors.

• Develop and manage a partner pipeline—from lead generation to negotiation and onboarding.

• Work closely with leadership to shape go-to-market strategies and define partnership models.

• Collaborate with the product and science teams to align offerings with partner needs and use cases.

• Help define success metrics and track partnership outcomes and KPIs.

• Represent the company at conferences, pitch sessions, and partner meetings.

Who You Are

• 3 to 5 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or program management—preferably in climate tech, conservation, or sustainability.

• Proven ability to manage complex relationships and negotiate win-win outcomes.

• Comfortable working across sectors: nonprofit, public, and private.

• Strong communication, storytelling, and interpersonal skills.

• Experience with CRM tools and partnership tracking (e.g., Salesforce).

• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, mission-driven startup.

Beneficial Qualifications

• Experience working with Indigenous Peoples and Local Communities (IPLCs), multilateral institutions, or climate finance actors.

• Familiarity with ESG reporting frameworks and biodiversity disclosure initiatives (e.g., TNFD, CSRD, SBTN).

• Understanding of conservation technology, spatial data, or biodiversity metrics.

• Ability to work in multiple languages or cultural contexts is a plus.
